Replacing my lost Barmah hat

I bought a Barmah hat in Las Vegas in 2010, & wore it on my travels until I unfortunately lost it. I couldn't find an exact replacement in the UK so I sent a photo of me wearing the hat to Barmah, who said it was a 1022CH, which isn't stocked in the UK. I subsequently bought this model from Australian Gear, which I received recently. I really like the hat but it still isn't the same as my lost one. The material is the same but the rim is smaller and the metal Barmah badge is in the centre of the band, preventing it from being folded in half. This badge issue is the same with my other Barmah but I did not have this problem with the original. However, I do like my new hat & I was very happy with the price & swift service that I received from Australian Gear.

Couldn't live without this hat!

Better than a cowboy hat because I can't hurt it (sit on it, stop on it, swim with it, it's impervious to everything). It keeps off the sun (lots of that here in Colorado), the snow and the rain. I never leave home without it!
