Didn't fit; Didn't match

Small brim with too tall crown makes the hat look awkward and ill fitting. Brim is suede on top and smooth leather on bottom which will not allow the natural curve. Second hat I've ordered and had to return that did not fit. Neither size matched the measurements that you get of your own head. I have been searching to replace the best hat I've ever had that I purchased in Melbourne 12 years ago - thought I had found it - took a chance - couldn't be more disappointed. On top of that, had to pay to ship them both back. Don't do it - particularly if you don't live there.

Disappointed

I was disappointed because I ordered two different hats. Both were too big for my head and the rim was much smaller than I wanted. To be fully honest, I was looking to replace the one I bought at a market in Melbourne that I loved and was recently stolen, but neither hat was right. I can't afford to keep shipping back returns so I'm trying to sell it here in the states.
