Australian Orders

Standard: All standard orders are sent via Australia Post. Shipping times vary depending on delivery state but are delivered approximately within 3-9 working days from date of purchase. Times will vary depending on the standard delivery method of your choice (standard delivery, flat rate delivery, etc).

Express: All express orders are dispatched within one business day via Australia Post, excluding weekends and public holidays. If the product you have ordered is on back order, your order will be dispatched the same day it arrives at our warehouse. This service takes approximately 2-6 business days, depending on your location.

*For regional and remote areas, the delivery time may take up to an additional 3-7 working days. 

 

International Orders

Regular Shipping:  Standard orders are shipped via Australia Post and handed over to your local postal service upon arrival in the destination country. Delivery times are approximately 5-24 business days and vary depending on your location.

Express Service: Express orders are shipped via Australia Post and handed over to your local postal service upon arrival in the destination country. Dispatch times are within one business day (excluding weekends and public holidays). If the product/s you have ordered is on back order, your order will be dispatched the same day it arrives at our warehouse. This service takes approximately 4-18 business days, depending on your location. These times may vary or experience delays due to unprecedented service interruptions.

SHIPPING TO THE USA: Please note that dispatch delays will be experienced for all orders to the United States due to recently introduced tariff requirements. We appreciate your patience while we work through these new requirements.  All duties are calculated and paid at checkout.

SERVICE ALERT: CANADA POST STRIKE 

Due to a national strike by the Canadian Union of Postal Workers, all Australia Post services to and from Canada are temporarily suspended from 29 September 2025.

Deliveries will resume once Canada Post operations stabilise. Delays are expected.


SHIPPING DISCLAIMER

Whilst every effort is made to offer the widest style selection at the best prices and fastest delivery, we do not warranty or guarantee shipping services and times. We only use large reputable national & international companies to deliver goods worldwide* but we do not in any way, shape or form control the shipping companies delivery times and methods of delivery. We do not control the delivery method these companies use and sadly cannot control damage to packages in transit.  Every effort is made to speed up your orders but if you have time restraints, gift deadlines or holiday plans and need your product in a hurry, it is suggested you opt for Express Services and not Regular Shipping Services to avoid disappointment.

We do warranty the arrival of the goods, just not a specific time. In order to make any claims on our insurance, we must wait 60 days from shipping date to lodge our claim. Resolutions only be provided once the case/claim has been closed and resolved by the postal carrier. It is usual that within this time frame, packages are either returned or tracked down. Local Deliveries: If products are delivered with an AUTHORITY TO LEAVE (ATL) package on residential addresses, customers have up to 5 days to inform the shipper of any misplaced, lost or stolen packages. Notification of misplaced packages cannot be entertained, tracked or claimed after this time. Customers will be informed of package dispatch and estimated arrival by email on dispatch. Once the package has left our premise, it is out of our control and in the hands of the consumer to keep on top of the tracking provided by your local postal service. We are not liable for any returned to sender or missed deliveries. 

The delivery times provided by us are estimates only. Our Company will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock permits. The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 5 working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault. We will replace faulty goods. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide an accurate address.  
We hold no responsibility in instances when an incorrect address is provided and goods are missing or lost as a result of dispatching to the incorrect address that has been supplied.  

Some international orders may incur additional charges, fees, taxes or local government importation charges. We do not have any control nor can we cost into our products these charges. These charges greatly vary between countries. We are unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own countries importation regulations & compliances. For further information, please contact your local customs importation office. All or any local charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of order and are not the responsibility of our company. Returned goods for reason of non-paid charges, taxes or fees will not be refunded.
